Channel Islands Aviation, Inc. does not warrant or guarantee any products purchased through our web site. All warrantees and guarantee's are the responsibility of the original manufacturer. This includes broken or missing parts. All items must be sent to the original manufacturer for warrantee or guarantee service.
Web Site Errors;
From time to time typographical, advertising, and pricing errors may occur. Channel Islands Aviation, Inc. reserves the right to make any corrections regarding typographical, advertising or pricing errors. Due to manufacturer’s price changes, Channel Islands Aviation, Inc. reserves the right to make price changes at our discretion.
Backorders;
Channel Islands Aviation, Inc. does not keep back orders. If an item is found to not be available at the time of order, it may be re-ordered again. Most out of stock items are usually back in inventory in a short period of time unless otherwise noted.
Returns;
No items may be returned with out authorization from Channel Islands Aviation, Inc.  Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash. Items that are 30 days old, discontinued, or no longer available are not subject to return. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Tax;
Tax will be applied to all residents of California and are calculated using the current tax percentage rate of Camarillo, California.
Minimum Order;
$10.00 minimum per order.
Liability;
Channel Islands Aviation, Inc.  will not be held liable for any indirect, direct, punitive, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages. Customer accepts all risks whether by accident, negligence or any other reason in connection or arising from the use or performance of the product purchased.
Payment and Shipping;
All on-line orders will be shipped within 48 hours from receipt of said order. All payments are in U.S. dollars.
